Therapist

Jennifer Barone, LMSW

Beginning therapy, especially for the first time, can feel like an intimidating task. I understand that firsthand. The hardest step is acknowledging you need extra support and there is no shame in that, only strength. No matter what the presenting issue(s) is, we can work together to unpack it and focus on what brought you here, what you need out of therapy and what your ultimate goal is. I view the mind and body as one and in order to best care for ourselves, we need to nurture and understand both. Often times, our environment or situations happening in our life can derail this and that's where therapy can provide a consistency.

My goal is to support clients in discovering and harnessing their inner strengths, empowering them to live the life they envision for themselves.

Together, we can work to clarify your goals and develop strategies to overcome obstacles, leading you to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
